Is there a setup fee?

No. Listing on Weorq is completely free. There are no setup, listing or monthly fees — we only earn a small commission when a booking goes through.
Do we have to accept bookings every day?

No. You set your availability per day and per time slot. Many partners only open Monday–Thursday, 10am–3pm. You can change it at any time.
Can we choose the tables?

Yes. You tell us exactly which tables can be booked. We make sure they’re labelled in your listing and on the booking confirmation.
Can we pause bookings?

Yes — instantly. If you have a busy event, low staffing, or just need a quiet day, you can pause new bookings in one tap.
How do customers check in?

The customer arrives, opens their booking on the Weorq app, and says they’re here for a Weorq booking. Staff seat them at the agreed table. That’s it.
What happens if the customer does not show?

Bookings are paid in advance, so you’re still paid for the seat — even if they don’t show. After 30 minutes the seat is released back to you.
How do we get paid?

Weekly payouts directly to your bank account. You see every booking, payout and statement in your venue dashboard.
Can we offer coffee perks?
